Yemi has over 14 years experience in immigration law and practice, having worked for the uk border agency for a period of over 10 years, rising to the position of a senior presenting officer within the appeals directorate.

In this role, yemi represented the secretary of state in immigration and asylum cases cases at the immigration and asylum tribunal and also at judicial review proceedings at the high court in the uk. he is also a member of the international bar association.
